We want your Happy Smart Pet experience to be a very good one! That's why we will never charge you any shipping fees at checkout. You do not need to worry on any shipping charges, it is on us!
Happy Smart Pet works with suppliers from around the world mainly suppliers are from Canada, United States, China, France and Thailand. We source high-quality products that will bring happiness to you and your pet. Our suppliers typically ship items within 1 to 3 days of receiving the order and that should reach you in between 20-30 working days. However, some parcels may be delayed (i.e., 28+ days) due to holidays, high demand, bad weather, pandemic or customs in rare cases. Shipments to rural or remote locations may take longer to arrive due to logistical limitations.

Happy Smart Pet does not manufacture any products in Canada except (Organic Paw Balm) which is made in Canada. We are Canadian Company (Federal Registered); we do not have any physical brick-and-mortar stores. We are a 24/7 online store.
We will stay in contact with you about the status of your order until it arrives.
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. You'll also receive an automated email.
Your products may be shipped from different locations within our supplier network around the world. If your order contains a variety of products, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times.
Please note: Once your order gets shipped it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Worldwide Shipping: Happy Smart Pet ships products to six countries around the world: Canada, United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Australia. If you don't see your country here, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll try our best to arrange shipment
Shipping Options: We ship you products from our suppliers using the "ePacket" format, which is a fast and affordable shipping option for light packages. ePacket shipments are trackable from our suppliers to your door (you'll receive a tracking # after you place an order).
Cost of Shipping: We don't charge you any shipping fees at checkout. The shipping fees is on us.
Duration of Shipping: Expect 20-28 working days. But some parcels may be delayed (i.e., 30+ days) due to holidays, bad weather, pandemic or other reasons. We'll try our best to get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible.
Duties: You are are responsible for any duties (including VAT), if they arise, imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges that you may incur. Also, please be aware that there may be rare occurrences where customs will delay the transit time of some packages.
