We want you to be absolutely happy with the shopping experience and products purchased at Happy Smart Pet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately within 10 days of receiving your item(s).
We offer full Money Back Refund through STORE CREDIT : Here's how your purchase(s) can qualify for our full money-back refund:
To start the refund review process, please send us an email as soon as possible within 10 days to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Subject Line: "Refund Request"
- Your Name
- Order Number
- The Issue (e.g. damaged product)
- Photo of the Item
You have 10 days from the date of parcel arrival to request a refund, after which we will look into what happened (e.g. wrong item, damaged item, item didn't arrive) and then respond to you asap. Refund is done only when:
- You received the wrong item
- The package and/or item arrived damaged
- Any order item part is missing OR
- Order never arrived
Please Note: Shipping cost of the refund item would be on you.
Once after receiving the item back we will send you the full refund through:
STORE CREDIT (in case wrong item/missing item parts / damaged item sent)
FULL REFUND (refund to original method of payment in case you don't receive your order within 8-10 weeks because of any reasons)
- Please wait up to 8-10 weeks for the item(s) to arrive before requesting a refund. There might be rare cases where items can take that long in transit until you receive them because of customs, weather, pandemic etc
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if you don't like the item that you purchased from our shop. We can only offer refunds per the above guidelines
- We do not offer refunds on any custom-personalized items
- We cannot refund or exchange you if any collars, harnesses,apparel etc. do not fit. We would request you to please check the measurements before placing order
